

Time Management
The Peace Through Balance Time Management Program is an accountability program designed to help the client develop a daily schedule that works for them. It is not a program that imposes a schedule onto the client. The Client works with the time management coach to develop a schedule that facilitates an ordered and peaceful life that incorporates the five facets of life for balance. These are Work, Family & friends, Health, Hobbies and Leisure Time, & Emotional Wellbeing.
How It Works
Why do organizations such as AA have such a good track record of success? It is the combination of regularity and accountability. When one has others to guide and support them in their journey, it strengthens resolve. When one returns to the same group regularly to give an account of their week, it gives them the added motivation to do what they set out to do. It is for these reasons the the Peace Through Balance Time Management Program is structured as it is. The regular reworking of the schedule over four months, to create a truly balanced life and the accountability to the coach as to the living out of that schedule, aids the individual in gaining the good habits necessary to achieve a balanced schedule and gain some level of peace. For some, these are obtained relatively quickly while for others, it takes more time.​ The important part is patience and regularity.
